The Heritage Society

The Loyola University 新奥尔良 Heritage Society recognizes individuals who have made planned gifts by will, as a designated beneficiary of life insurance, or through retirement funds, charitable trusts or charitable gift annuities.

The Heritage Society was established in 1986 by Fr. James C. 卡特,年代.J., to celebrate and thank extraordinary donors for their commitment to Loyola University. Planned giving is one of the most significant philanthropic activities a donor can undertake-- one we believe represents the highest ideal of charitable giving. Although planned gifts may not be “realized” by Loyola University for decades, history has shown that they have a substantial positive effect on the university’s financial condition. Planned gifts provide long-term security that assures Loyola University 新奥尔良 will continue to thrive and provide outstanding Jesuit education to future generations.

If you have already included Loyola in your estate plans, please let us know so that we may thank you for your generosity and welcome you into the Heritage Society. If you need further assistance, or just need appropriate language for your will, please contact Loyola's Executive Director of Development 斯蒂芬妮Hotard '04, MBA '10 at (504) 861-5566 or sahotard@sdtlsw.com. Stephanie would appreciate the opportunity to talk to you under no obligation, and all discussions are held in the strictest of confidence.
